Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yep! We send bags internationally to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Q: How quickly do you ship the bags?
A: Bags marked in stock ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends usually ship on Monday.

Q: What’s your warranty?
A: We stand behind our craftsmanship and materials. If you are having issues with one of our bags, drop us a line and we’ll figure out how to get it all sorted out. We’re pretty flexible.

Q: How do I clean my bags?
Don’t put your bags in the washer. Use a wet rag to remove dirt and let it air dry. If needed, hose it down gently to remove thick mud and then use a wet rag.

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes for products we stock if the gear is unused. Just send us a note with your information and we’ll send you more info on how to return an item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back. No returns on custom orders.
